Students are registered on a first-come basis with priority given to siblings of already registered students. 

The hours of operation are from 3:00 P.M. through 6:00 P.M. On early dismissal days, hours are from 12:30 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. An additional drop-in program is available.

The monthly cost is due at the beginning of each month. Parents and guardians must pay when their child is absent (whether for activities or illness). 

Information regarding fees and schedules can be obtained from the Business Office at the Holy Redeemer Parish Rectory. 

A fee will be assessed if payment is late, or if pick-up is past 6:00 P.M. Report cards will be withheld at the end of the school year when fees have not been paid.

Health and emergency forms must be submitted before the start of the program. Any major health problem must be listed at this time. Also, any medication your child or children are regularly taking must be noted. 

All medications to be administered must be accompanied by a doctor's note and with the proper Archdiocese of Washington forms. Medicines must be marked with the name of the child, the name of the medicine, and the dosage. This medicine must be stored in the Health Office at Holy Redeemer Catholic School. 

Holy Redeemer Catholic School follows Montgomery County's Snow Policy. On a two-hour delay opening, Before School Care will begin one hour before the announced school time (9:00 A.M.). 

If school is dismissed early due to inclement weather there will be no After School Care provided. Please make arrangements to pick up your child or children.  

If Montgomery County cancels all After School activities, our Holy Redeemer Aftercare Program will close at 5:00 P.M. Please make arrangements to pick up your child or children by 5:00 P.M.
